Anime Talking Heads DVD Now on Sale
The Anime Talking Heads DVD is now available for sale at the Boys & Girls Club. They cost $25 each, and all proceeds go directly to the Boys & Girls Club Teen Art Program. A fundraising effort is now underway to continue the Manga & Anime Art Club and other art programs at the Boys & Girls Club. For information or to make a contribution, contact Jennifer Wood.

Let the Manga continue! Our first sponsor is funding three more sessions with Wendy before summer. They will be on May 6, 13 and 20 from 8-10 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club. We will focus on making a collaborative mini-manga book to completely draw, ink and publish in 3 weeks! This is a team project with something for everyone: layout, drawing, writing, inking, screen-toning, lettering. If you've been waiting for a good time to join in the fun on Friday nights, this is your opportunity!

Starting in the Fall, the Manga & Anime Art Club will offer an earlier Friday night session for Sakai and middle-school students in 5th and 6th grade. The teens (13+ only) session will continue to be run from 8-10 p.m. To sign up in advance, contact wendy@animatedadventures.com.
